No. Macks is designed to be simple and intuitive. Just upload or generate an image, choose a tool (edit, background swap, packshot, etc.), and apply changes with natural language prompts or object detection.

Macks can replace most product and lifestyle photography, reducing cost and turnaround time significantly. Some brands still combine Macks with traditional photography for flagship campaigns. Macks works particularly well at taking existing assets and either changing backgrounds, products or editing for different aesthetics.

Yes. Every new user gets a free trial with a set number of credits to explore the platform.

We offer three plans: Creator – 384/year (individuals and freelancers); Creator – $768/year (small to medium sized businesses); Studio - $1,920 (Growing businesses with moderate content needs); Enterprise – $4,800/year (manufacturers who need advanced features, multiple seats, and priority support).

Each action uses credits. Examples include: Image Edit & Generation 1k & 2k = 30 credits; Image Edit & Generation 4k = 50 credits; Upscaling = 20 credits; Upscaling = 20 credits; Segment & Background Removal = 8 Credits; Video creation = 100 credits per second.

You can top up credits or upgrade to a higher plan.

Credits reset each billing cycle. For heavy users, Pro and Enterprise plans include higher credit bundles.

Yes. For all plans, credits are pooled for all team members.

Single-Seat = one user login. Multi-Seat = multiple accounts under one subscription with shared credits, storage, and collaboration tools.

You can upgrade your plan or purchase additional storage. Assets are never deleted without warning.

Line Drawings are AI-generated 2D CAD-style technical illustrations perfect for spec sheets and product documentation. They feature dynamic aspect ratio calculation to match your product dimensions and can be generated in batches for consistency across your catalog.

The Scene Builder lets you drag and drop your product into AI-generated scenes. It features a three-tab palette for comprehensive scene elements, live preview, and an intelligent Narrative Mode that converts your modular zone components into spatial-aware prose for superior AI image generation. You can also upload reference images for AI Scene Analysis to auto-populate components.

The Prompt Library allows you to save, organize, and reuse your best prompts. Share prompts across your team, maintain consistency in your visual style, and speed up your workflow by accessing proven prompts with a single click.

Macks supports extensive batch processing including: background removal, packshot generation, camera angle variations, lighting adjustments, zoom levels, interior style changes, and custom preset application. All batch operations ensure consistency at scale and can process hundreds of images with a single click.

Yes. Product fidelity is maintained using segmentation, masking, and AI-enhanced prompts. You can also upload product metadata (dimensions, materials, colors) which Macks automatically incorporates into prompts for more accurate visuals.

Our team continuously evaluates and updates models almost weekly to ensure you always get the best possible results for each type of operation. We automatically select the optimal model for your specific task.

Yes. Macks uses fine-tuned photorealistic models optimised for interiors and product renders. Our multi-model approach means we can select the best model for each specific use case.

Upload any reference image and our AI (powered by Google Gemini 2.0 Flash) will automatically analyze it and populate your Scene Builder with matching components - lighting, materials, atmosphere, and more. This lets you quickly recreate styles from inspiration images.

AI Enhancement uses frontier models to intelligently refine and expand your prompts, adding professional photography terminology and spatial details that improve generation quality while maintaining your creative intent.

JPG, PNG, and WebP are supported. For best results, upload high-resolution images. 3D model support is in development.

You can select 1K, 2K, or 4K resolution for your outputs. Standard outputs are HD. Upscaling is available up to 4K/8K. Videos render at 1080p by default.

Yes. You can specify colours via hex codes or the colour menu, with opacity controls for overlays.

No. Even as models are upgraded, the interface and workflow remain consistent. We update AI models almost weekly to improve quality, but your workflow stays the same.

The AI Gallery is your complete generation history. View all AI-generated images, filter by date, type, or workflow, and easily find past creations. From here, you can move approved assets to your CMS for permanent storage and organization.

The Content Management System lets you organize approved assets permanently. Move images from your AI Gallery to product records or brand asset libraries. Assets are stored with full metadata, making them searchable and easy to reuse across your team.

Yes. Save approved generations directly to specific product records in your PIM, or store them as brand assets for company-wide use. Both options preserve generation metadata and make assets available to your entire team.

Click any image in your AI Gallery to open the detail view, then use the "Save to Assets" option. Choose whether to save to a specific product or as a brand asset, add any additional metadata, and confirm. The asset will be permanently stored and organized.

In your secure Macks cloud repository. Enterprise customers can request region-specific storage.

Yes. You retain full commercial rights to everything generated in Macks.
